Experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager required for Not for Profit Professional Association.  Responsibilities will include full cycle accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office administration functions including facilities administration and complex administrative coordination.  Position is responsible for supervision of clerical staff.  Proficiency in Simply Accounting PRO as asset.  Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), ability to work within tight deadlines, excellent problem solving skills, and superior attention to detail.  Minimum 2years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a nonprofit/public sector environment preferred. Excellent career opportunity in a friendly, professional, small office environment.  Benefits offered.
