BeneFACT Consulting Group is actively searching for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our accounting and finance team.   Reporting directly to the Controller, this is a hands-on role that will aid our company through rapid growth and expansion.




  • Full cycle accounts payable including ensuring all back up documentation and issuing final approvals
  • Full cycle accounts receivable including collections, cash applications and reconciliations
  • Assisting with journal entries to sub-ledger and GL
  • Perform complex reconciliations
  • Assist with expense reports review and approvals
  • Assist with time and attendance reporting
  • Basic reporting including sales analysis, commission reports, cost documentation and activity reports
  • Working directly with management on a variety of ad hoc projects including financial analysis, report and internal controls





  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working at a mid-sized firm experiencing rapid growth performing general accounting functions
  • Experienced with Advanced Excel functions and various types of accounting software packages with preference given to candidates with Quickbooks experience
  • Experience with billable hour methodologies, systems and models in a professional services environment
  • Extremely thorough and detail oriented
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required
