Senior Bookkeeper/Office Manager-Quickbooks required for Professional Services Firm. Will manage AP and AR, generate invoices and monthly statements; monthly bank and credit card reconciliation; semi-monthly payroll processing and reconciliation; quarterly HST filing & reporting; monthly Sales reconciliation to the Sales spreadsheet; cash flow control and management; analyze general ledger accounts and investigate variances. Will prepare timely, accurate financial information for month end, and quarterly reporting. Will be in charge of new employee orientation; HR File maintenance; vacation schedule coordination; Insurance benefits administration; WSIB coordination and policy analysis. Will manage corporate travel arrangements and Vendor file coordination and maintenance. Must be a member of the QuickBooks Pro Adviser program with 5-10 years management experience. Must have excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, & QuickBooks); strong leadership skills; ability to manage people; good business acumen; adaptable to change; strong verbal and written skills; customer centric focus; and exhibit advanced accounting and administrative skills. Familiarity with SalesForce software strong asset. Excellent professional opportunity. Easy access on the TTC subway line.
