Main Role:

1. Senior RF System & Circuit Design Engineer for Wireless &Broadband Production.

2. Saw Filter Chipset or device design Engineer for Wireless &Broadband Production.​


Developed Production:

 Novel or new concept SAW type Filter device research, design and development, basing on piezoelectric technology.
 UMTS (WCDMA) AP &Node B BTS RF aspect development. Developed the in-door NODE B and RRU project of UMTS(WCDMA). Accomplished one version of transceiver board design, debugging and testing.
 New Generation BTS (Multi-Carrier, Multi-access) RF aspect development. The new multi-mode base station allows operators to combine GSM, WCDMA and LTE in the same footprint, reducing costs for both rollout and operation of a radio network.

Responsibilities:

In Filter Device Technology:

 Responsible for SAW R&D and engineering activities that include new business opportunity development support, device design and development, new product introduction, product engineering, application engineering, and substrate material analysis.
 Establishing university research collaboration on next generation of SAW.
 Designed SAW devices, such as transversal filters, resonator filters (wave-guide coupled resonator filters and longitudinal coupled resonator filters), SPUDT (single-phase uni-directional transducer), etc. for wireless and broadband communication systems.
 Conducted successfully works on market business environment/competitor competitive analysis, yield estimation, product specification and design review, and device prototyping.
 Participated as a designer on a team to optimize fabrication and assembly processes, yield improvement, and cost reduction.


In RF System Technology:

 Rf System analysis and design of BTS basing on 3GPP Spec, and requirement of customer or marketing. In this process, system engineers standing for different aspects of BTS should discuss the key technology points and give the conclusion and risk. Defining specifications of RF boards.
 Analysis and design RF system architecture, according to specifications of RF subsystem. Including: transceiver, RF/IF synthesizers, DPD feedback circuit etc. In this process, we should calculate cascade-(gain, NF, P-1d, IP3), dynamic range, RF/IF filter pass-band, spurs of RF link .
 Selecting and customizing devices using in RF board to meeting the RF spec and function. Then enhancing production competitiveness by using high-feature, high-level-integration and low cost devices mention above.
 Debugged and modified the design of transceiver board in BTS, Successfully improved the performance in RF part and even mass production.

Education: Bachelor 's degree of engineering.
