Successful Mississauga based realtor looking to hire administrative assistant.
Amazing opportunity to get experience in real estate.

Must have own vehicle and be fluent in written/spoken English language.
Living in Mississauga is a plus.
Real Estate Student is a plus.


- Update realtors calendar/daily schedule
- Book/Confirm real estate appointments
- Deliver paperwork to brokerage involved in the transaction
- Write real estate blogs
- Update Real Estate websites with new listing information
- Update Facebook, Youtube and Twitter accounts
- Contact existing clients and schedule appointments
- Contact new clients, send new listing information
- Get feedback from other realtors who showed listed properties
- Help with Open Houses

and other administrative duties.

Full time position but flexible working hours.
Training and support provided.
