Professional association seeking a Corporate Legal Administrator to join their team. Will report to the General Counsel to ensure effective and efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing workflow and information, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, opening and maintaining files, drafting business correspondence, responding to inquiries and maintaining financial documents. Must have a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma and a Diploma/Degree related to Business or Office Administration. Advanced proficiency in Ms Word, Excel and Outlook required. Minimum 3-5 years of legal administrative experience with experience in contracts administration, agreements, and corporate filings. Superior judgment and attention to detail required, with ability to draft minutes, correspondence and presentations. Should have exceptional organizational and problem solving skils and be results oriented, accurate, diligent, and demonstrate initiative while having ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
